Every piece is made with love to order. Our current turnaround time for orders, including delivery is around 3 weeks. The production time can be up to 10 business days and once your order is finished it is then shipped by your selected shipping option. If we can get your order to you any earlier, we will but please allow for these timeframes when you are placing your orders. Especially if your order is a special gift for a birthday or anniversary etc.
Please note that our Solid Gold pieces can take up to 4 weeks.
Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE Standard Registered Shipping with all orders over $50. Shipping times may vary due to current delays with Australia Post.
Express Shipping:
We offer an Express Shipping option at the checkout. Please note this option doesn't fast track the production time of an order but it does mean that you will receive it as quickly as possible as soon as it's ready. If you require your order by a special date and it is quite urgent, we encourage you to select this option.
