RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We pour our hearts and souls into creating the most precious and beautiful pieces for you. If you feel that your order has arrived damaged or not correct, then we invite you to reach out to us.
Unfortunately, due to each piece being personalised and unique we do not offer returns or cancellations due to change of mind so please choose carefully when selecting your special pieces.
New unworn items can be returned if they have a fault or if you have consulted and had approval for a return due to an issue or if the item is not what you hoped for or ordered.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations. We prefer to rectify the issue with a replacement or offer an exchange for an item of similar value.
We offer a 3-month replacement warranty should your Custom Jewellery piece have a fault or break. This is subject to a photo review and does not apply if the necklace has been damaged due to misuse. Please refer to our jewellery care tips here.
