As these pieces are made to order we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Warranty
We will happlily replace items if they are defective or damaged, within 3 months of purchase. If you need to request a replacement or repair, send us an email enquiries@customjewelleryaustralia.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 156 Upper Coomera Queensland AU 4209.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
