Every piece is made with love to order. Our current turnaround time for orders, including delivery is around 3 weeks. The production time can be up to 10 business days and once your order is finished it is then shipped by your selected shipping option. If we can get your order to you any earlier, we will but please allow for these timeframes when you are placing your orders. Especially if your order is a special gift for a birthday or anniversary etc.
Please note that our Solid Gold pieces can take up to 4 weeks.

We offer FREE Standard Registered Shipping with all orders over $50. Shipping times may vary due to current delays with Australia Post.
Express Shipping:
We offer an Express Shipping option at the checkout. Please note this option doesn't fast track the production time of an order but it does mean that you will receive it as quickly as possible as soon as it's ready. If you require your order by a special date and it is quite urgent, we encourage you to select this option.

Took a stab in the dark with this company and boy am I glad I did.
I was searching for a leather gift for our 3yr anniversary when I stumbled across this site. The photo keyring looked like the perfect option. It offered the metal photo in colour or black and white (I opted for colour) with a leather housing, both of which could be engraved/stamped. An added bonus was that it wasn’t limiting me to only a few characters like the other sites I had looked at.
I also picked the gift wrapping and note option so my partner and I would both see it at the same time (no peeking for me). Both gift wrapping and note were elegantly done.
It arrived within their specified timeframe and it came out beautifully. The engraving and the stamping were perfect, the photo flawless. I was honestly a little concerned about the photo as it was one I uploaded from my forward facing camera on an iPhone 12 Pro Max so I was worried the quality wouldn’t be good enough. Needless to say my worries were for nothing as it came out sharp and clear.
My partner loved the gift and immediately put it on her bag (she carries that thing everywhere) saying this way she’ll always have it with her.
Cannot fault anything from the ordering process to the final product arriving and I will be making this the first place I stop when looking at needing personalised gifts from now on.
